Living in a city can be expensive and stressful , but there are compensations .

   City is a large human permanent settlement . In some views , living in city can be expensive because there is lots of services available than in a small town . Then some critics reckoned that living in city is also stressfull because the overcrowding , population and even requirements of life . But in other views we can't ignore that city has lots of compensations . As well as there are more opportunities for people to progress and making money . Then , more kinds of jobs are available , and many others opportunities .

An apple a day keep the doctor away

Some experts recommend that eating an apple everyday prevents the risk of having a heart attack . We can eat apple raw , baked , included in cakes and other healthy food .
In my opinion , not only eating apple keep the doctor away even eating many other fruits and vegetables is healthy also .

Singing helps stroke victims talk

Everyone can suffer from stroke . To prevent the risk of having a stroke we have more ways like eating healthy food , dancing , singing and even doing some relaxing activities like Yoga and many other tips .

Exercising

exercising has many great benefits . It helps to have more energy , be more more relaxed , be less stressed and other health benefits .
Some experts recommend that we should do at least 30 minutes of activities every day .

Junk food

Eating junk food can cause obesity , develop high blood pressure and other health problems .

In my opinion , we should know why it's important to eat healthy food and why it's important to help children to avoid junk food .

Computers in classroom

Technology has made an impact on computers everywhere :families , schools and communities ... To avoid this impact , we should control using computers , and help children to be sensible while using it .
